Banking System Conversion Weekend is July 19-22, 2019. Important Reminders:

Online & mobile web banking will be unavailable after 4pm on Friday, July 19 until 9am on Monday, July 22. To login on July 22 or later, you'll need to use your 19-digit debit card number. If you do not have a debit card, you will receive a 16-digit Login ID via letter. Your Personal Access Code (PAC) has also been reset and will be provided to you in a separate communication in advance of the conversion weekend.

Other Important Dates prior to Conversion Weekend:

  • July 16: Members will be unable to send money using Interac e-Transfer® as of 5 PM CST.
  • July 18: Members will be unable to use Interac e-Transfer® to accept or receive money as of 9 AM CST.
  • July 19: Transactional banking history will not be viewable in online and mobile banking after conversion. To prepare, download/print your account history before 4 PM on July 19.
  • July 19: e-Transfer recipient lists and history will not carry forward to the new system. To prepare, make a list of, print, or screenshot all e-Transfer recipient contact information.
