Online banking is constantly changing and improving to keep your money more secure. To align with industry best practice, we have moved away from challenging login based on the device you are using, and instead we challenge based on a calculated risk score. This risk scoring algorithm considers hundreds of data points to create a profile for you in which it compares login events to each other to determine risk. If there is nothing suspicious about a login, there will be no prompt for security questions.
