Your Personal Access Code (PAC) has changed!
As a result of our move to a new banking system, your Personal Access Code (PAC) changed. Every member was given a temporary PAC. This information was included in a letter you should have received from us. If you did not receive this letter, please visit us in-branch or call 1-877-WESTOBA to speak with a TeleService Representative.
You must login from a desktop computer!
The first time you access online banking, you must do it from a desktop computer. The system will not let you login from a mobile or tablet device.
If you have forgotten your Personal Access Code (PAC) or do not have one, please contact us at 1-877-937-8622.
