"We" and "us" refer to the credit union of which you are a member. "You" and "your" refer to the person reading this web page and who has accessed the CU@HOME web site (domain name "CUATHOME"). If you do not agree to be bound by any of the terms and conditions that follow, you should immediately stop using this site. These terms and conditions may change from time to time and you are responsible for making note of any changes and you will be bound by them. We will not be responsible for any loss that you may suffer if someone else obtains access to your PAC and log in identity and uses them to communicate instructions to us or to obtain your sensitive and confidential information.We will not be responsible for any loss that you may suffer because you have transmitted sensitive or confidential information to us or because we have, at your request, transmitted such information to you over the Internet. We will not be responsible for any loss that you may suffer because you have transmitted information to us in error and you are responsible for the accuracy of all information or instructions that you may give us.We have tried to ensure the accuracy of any information that you access through this site or through links from this site, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current at all times. In particular, we do not, by making images of your cheques available to you on this web site, make any representation that a cheque has actually finally and irrevocably cleared through your account. You are advised by this notice that there are rules relating to the clearing of cheques and other payment items that allow these to be reversed in some circumstances. Any provisional credit for a deposit and provisional debit for a cheque or other payment item is subject to adjustment in accordance with the Canadian Payments Association rules.We are not responsible to you for direct, indirect, special, general or consequential damages arising in any way or for any reason related to your use of this web site.
