Changes to interest, fee and creditor insurance premium payments on Lines of Credit and personal overdraft protection: On December 1, you will see a transaction with the description "Interest and Charges" on your Line of Credit/personal overdraft protection that shows the combined value of your interest, fees and creditor insurance premiums (as applicable). This is a step toward making the details of these payments more transparent to our clients. Please contact your account manager if you have any questions about this change to your online banking display.

Your customer number and personal access code (PAC) must be numerical, and we recommended you select a PAC that is between 5 and 7 digits in length. For password resets or technical support, please contact your local branch during regular business hours.
